Fun in Brum summer activities

With the weather warming up (and hopefully staying that way!) and Summer fast approaching Family Information Service are starting to get calls from parents about activities and schemes taking place over the school Summer holiday.   Parents tell us all the time that they would like information on Summer activities as soon as possible so they are able to plan their time and make arrangements to keep boredom at bay!

Family Information Service will be producing the increasingly popular Fun in Brum activity guide for the summer holidays and we are now ready to take information on activities and schemes happening around Birmingham.

The guide is given to parents and carers all across Birmingham and is shared with a range of partners who work with children and young people including schools, children centres, libraries, leisure centres, community and voluntary groups and a range of other organisations.

The school holiday dates are 23 July - 1 September.   In order to give parents planning time we have set the following strict deadline for information: 16 June

We have attached an activity form for you to complete and send back to us.   This helps to ensure we can provide parents with all the information they need.   If you have any questions or comments please feel free to get in touch.   Please note that these deadlines are final and information submitted after the deadline will not be included in the directory - this ensures that information reaches parents and carers without any hold up!
