I can find my way around Londons tube system easier than Birmingham Children's Trust Arrangements!

I'm Yvonne the Programme Manager for VCS Matters  and I've lived in London for a long time so I'm quite good at navigating my way round the tube but I am trying to  find my way around Birminghams  Children's Trust arrangements and its a complicated map......and I keep on getting lost! Have a look at the diagram and see if you can find your way around it ........find the route from the Children and Young Peoples Board to the Engagement Workstream and imagine being Tony Howell Director of Children's Trust arrangments and  in charge of all of this?

As the Voluntary sector we need to be involved in Children's Trust arrangements as the initial evaluation findings illustrate and  make the case for  VCS involvement. So yes its complicated but we need to navigate our way round the map and try not to get lost too often. Good Luck to our new VCS Matters representatives in Children's Trust arrangements.....my sat nav is at the ready!
