Identifying local community cohesion activity

BVSC is being funded by Be Birmingham to undertake a range of work to identify examples of good practice in relation to local community cohesion activities undertaken by voluntary, community and other third sector groups in Birmingham.

Local Economy Solutions and MEL Research have been commissioned by BVSC to undertake this research. As part of this work we are seeking the views of those involved in local community activities both in a voluntary and paid capacity.

The research will produce a report that highlights good practice in relation to community cohesion activities undertaken by voluntary and community groups in Birmingham and help to identify the support needed by groups involved in these activities.
