Call for information by Friday 25 June
In line with its role as the facilitator for Play Birmingham VCS Matters is mapping play provision. The purpose of the survey is to collect information that will:
1) support the effective engagement of the VCS into the Play Birmingham model;
2) identify the contribution/investment that the VCS makes to play in Birmingham.
Please answer the 5 brief questions in the survey by Friday 25 June - just click on the link below.
The purpose of Birmingham's Play Strategy is to 'ensure better outcomes for children and young people by delivering better play services, ensuring that the children and young people of Birmingham, no matter who they are or where they are, are able to access quality, stimulating local play opportunities.' This mapping aims to identify all VCS play provision in Birmingham, including free play, open access, supported access and playcare. It will help ensure wider engagement of VCS play organisations in the formation of Play Birmingham and will allow us to target future consultations to those organisations which provide a particular service.
We would ask for your co-operation by filling in the 5 brief questions and contact details at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/play-mapping
