Total Place Leadership for Change programme

Do you want to help shape new ways of working? have you got the drive to do things differently? could you be a leader for change?   If so join Be Birmingham's Total Place Leadership for Change programme. This innovative, interactive programme, based on reallife situations and real people, will focus on the benefits of leading through collaboration while recognising the challenges and difficulties that this presents.

The programme is for Managers, practitioners and other staff across the public, private, voluntary and community sectors in Birmingham who want to help lead the cultural and behavioural change needed to make Total Place a reality.  It will be delivered across five days, starting with an introductory half day session on Wednesday 26 May 2010. This will be followed by four full days during June and July and a final half day session on Thursday 22 July.
