What skills and qualities do you need?
We have a detailed role description here but the following skills and qualities are essential:
• Knowledge of the strategic and operational agenda of the children and young people‘s agenda
• Knowledge of the role of statutory partners in the planning, commissioning and delivery of services to children and young people
• Current experience in a voluntary sector organisation or infrastructure setting working with children and young people
• Be a highly visible and strategically placed member of your organisation
